We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Products returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues (defective products)

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the situation and resolve it quickly.

Returns of defective products are completely free. BelleBasics covers the return shipping cost, and the customer is not charged a handling fee.

Change of mind

If you want to return a product because you changed your mind or purchased it by mistake, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. BelleBasics does not charge a handling fee.
